Grace Paul

Grace Paul heads the regulatory team for the Singtel group licensees in Singapore. She has almost 20 years’ experience in the regulatory field and is responsible for managing regulatory and competition issues. She provides advice on a wide range of issues covering telecommunication, broadcast and m-commerce/finance issues and heads a team of experienced staff in the regulatory and compliance units.

In this capacity, Ms Paul deals extensively with industry regulators, particularly the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and other relevant Government authorities and Ministries.

Before joining the regulatory team, Ms Paul managed customer experience and liaison matters.

Ms Paul holds a Master of Business Administration from the Adelaide University, Master of Arts from Macquarie University and has a Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism.
